AQARIUS SOLAR FIRE RITUAL  

– ORATORIO AND MEDITATION

 "Where is your brother Cain?" A question posed by God not only to the first fratricide but to all of us throughout time. Cain, seeking to conceal his guilt, had then answered: "How should I know? Am I my brother's keeper?"

The energies of the Aquarian sign contribute to our becoming true guardians and caretakers of our brother, rather than being aggressive or irresponsible towards him. Under the influence of Aquarius, responsibility towards the neighbour, the experience of brotherhood and group consciousness matures in the heart of the human race.

Under the influence:

Uranus (the orthodox ruler of Aquarius), which commands the ability to reorder the lower worlds according to heavenly archetypes,
Jupiter (the inner ruler), which gives the longing for a greater, more abundant life that only group formation can give, and

the Moon (hierarchical ruler), which masks Hephaestus, Neptune and Uranus,

man goes through the following relationships:

• From blood and clan ties, which are primordial and karmically predetermined modes of connectivity,
• To the relations of friendship between personalities, where one seeks and chooses the uniform, the like-minded, the "best friend", that is, the one who is not distant from oneself,
• Participation in groups, where there is unity in the midst of diversity and diversity, and ultimately
• In the experience of the Brotherhood of the human race.

This journey of relationships from the desire for form and possession, to the desire to give to the neighbor who is raised, is musically narrated in the following oratorio in Aquarius, conducted and libretted by Michael Robbins.

"Brotherhood! Fellowship of all! Caring for the last as if he were the best of friends. And, yet, how hard it is to achieve! How seldom observed! How hard to find! An alignment that is only possible when the soul of every man is once truly known.

Once we know our brother as he is in soul and Spirit,

Once we know our brother as our one and only SELF,

Then we will know what we must do. Then we will know the care we need to provide. Then we will realize that if our brother fails to be lifted up, we fail and fall too. Only then will Brotherhood be more than a word." (from the oratorio)

Under the influence of Aquarius, Cain becomes his brother's guardian and caretaker, the fratricidal mania that condemned us all to poverty of life and spirit is recognized as a folly of the past, and the new Adam and Eve, transformed, return to the lost paradise from which we were exiled, the fifth realm of souls.
