 Greek Mythology tells something radical. Suddenly an expedition was created, the search for the golden fleece, and the best of all Greek heroes, led by Jason, boarded the gorgon-powered Argo. The modern version of the Argonauts could be said to be the New Group of Servants/Functionaries of the World, the spiritually awakened people, unknown to each other, in all corners of the earth, regardless of social, religious and national identifications, from all sciences and philosophies, whose consciousness has matured so much that it can respond consistently to the vibration of a particular thought-form. What is this thought-form that whoever resonates with it, whoever becomes "one with the oars and scoops" as the poet says, is chartered to the Argo?

This exalted thought-form concerns a miniature of the Kingdom of God, a reflection of the qualities and characteristics of the kingdom of souls, of the Hierarchy in the higher mental planes. A world of justice, right relations, peace, unity, free from hatred, depravity and separateness. A world that the world's most ardent visionaries have tried to depict through their utopias.

In this ethereal place the modern Argonauts are consciously polarized in order to realize it, to bring it from Heaven to Earth. Their strength is pure calculation, comprehensive, synthetic thinking, unstinting contribution, good intentions, efficiency in practice.

And what is the mission? What is the golden fleece to be found and carried from Colchis to Jolko, from the higher planes to the three lower worlds? The creation of a new civilization that has as its foundation the recognition and cultivation of the divinity of all beings.

In a series of 12 lectures in the context of a seminar, William Meader seeks, in a clear, substantial and simple way, to introduce us to the history, characteristics, symbols, education and work of this new group. And we are sure that, in addition to acquainting us with the New Servants of the World Society, the speaker wants to awaken in us a longing to participate in it.
